L. Michael Carr

L. Michael Carr was born in 1981 in Montgomery, Alabama. He grew up in Birmingham, graduating from Homewood High School (1999) and later earned a Bachelor's degree in philosophy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) in 2003. He earned his juris doctor from Cumberland School of Law in 2009. Mr. Carr was awarded the 'Sir Edward Coke' full tuition scholarship, and attended the University of East Anglia, located in Norwich, England, where he earned an LLM in International Business Law and was an assistant lecturer for the undergraduate American Law class in 2010.

Mr. Carr is admitted to practice law in Alabama and Tennessee and his admission to practice in Florida is pending. Mr. Carr has consulted with and served as corporate counsel for business interests in Alabama and Tennessee. He has also assisted in the preparation of wills and other estate planning documents for use by members of the U.S. military and their families prior to deployment overseas.

Mr. Carr's primary practice will be in civil litigation & the general practice of law.
